The Source Yoga Teacher Training, led by head teacher George Anthony, is a deeply awakening course, exploring teachings of non-dual Tantra and Hatha Yoga. At our sanctuary in nature, we will study and practice for a month, coming to a place of true readiness to awaken this awareness in others.
Non-dual Tantra philosophy is the origin for most of the modern physical Yoga systems today. Hatha Yoga is the practice of creating energetic, physical, and mental balance and utilises all the ‘styles’ of modern Yoga such as flow, yin, power, etc. We also focus deeply on breathing and meditation practices as some of the the most profound ways reach the conscious experience of union.

If arriving in Bangkok, take a flight to Koh Samui, then a quick boat trip to Thong Sala pier in Koh Phangan. We can arrange a taxi to meet you there and you can leave the rest up to us.
