5:15 Wake Up, Cold Shower

Set your clock to the optimum for health of body and mind, reduce inflammation, encourage circulation, and wake up for a beautiful day!

6:00 Morning Walk or Movement & Fitness Session

This time slot will vary through the retreat. Somedays we will do fitness in the Shala or go for walks around the retreat center and in the nearby nature. Later in the week, our morning walk will be to the view point of Khao Ra, right behind The Source. It’s Koh Phangan's tallest mountain. It takes about 3 hours round trip! This will be the entire morning activity for that day

7:00 Pranayama & Meditation

Breathing exercises to fully activate the body and balance the energetic and hormonal systems. Followed with awareness meditations integrate these balanced states with your more subtle consciousness

8:00 - 9:30 Movement & Posture Yoga Practice

Connect your body, breath, and mind for improved health, the ability to focus or relax, and open your body to feel great in meditation. Our all-level practice is mindful while powerful, with an emphasis on correct breathing and balance of effort and ease

Optional Ice Bath after Yoga

Available after the morning classes, enjoy before breakfast!

9:30 - 11:00 Breakfast

Enjoy a healthy and hearty vegetarian or vegan brunch to nourish and fuel yourself

Afternoon Free Time

Go for a nature walk, explore the island, read inspiring spiritual content, journal, have an afternoon meditation on your own, or just hang out with friends on retreat!

15:45 Fruit snack

Refresh with the best tropical fruits! Mangos, papaya, dragonfruit, watermelon and other juicy treats...

16:00 - 17:00 Afternoon Philosophy

Learn about scriptural texts and teachings through lecture and discussion to open your mind to spiritual practice and experience the grace and blessings of your pure essence

17:00 - 18:30 Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, or Thai Massage, 2 x each

Release tensions, mental and physical. A slow relaxing session for healing and wellness

18:30 - 20:00 Dinner

Satisfying, easy to digest, and nutritionally balanced to give you energy and a restorative sleep

21:00 - 21:30 silent meditation in room
