Alternatively, dive deeper into our diverse schedule from aerial yoga to singing circles. Return to our sanctuary and enjoy the evening, relaxing in our sauna, and delicious home cooked food.

Daily morning yoga from 8am

Ice bath and sauna
Ice from 9.30 am (Monday to Saturday) and sauna in the evenings (subject to schedule)
Cold plunges have a multitude of benefits - also the perfect way to cool off after your practice! Available after morning yoga, and in the evening relax in our wood fired sauna amongst the sounds of nature.
Healthy brunch
Your breakfast is a freshly prepared vegan or vegetarian feast! Organic local eggs, fresh tropical fruit (sometimes from our own gardens) and artisanal bread from local suppliers.
Food is our passion and we love to make the most of Thailand’s amazing local ingredients. Expect healthy versions of South-east Asian and western classics, all plant based with no compromise on flavour!
Your room
Our rooms are nestled into the jungle on the hillside at the base of Khao Ra, the islands tallest mountain. Surrounded by greenery, nature sounds, walking distance to waterfall, and stunning sunset views. We are blessed with fresh spring water running all over, and the gentle mountain breeze to keep us cool and mosquitos away.
