Ice bath and sauna

Cold plunges have a multitude of benefits - also the perfect way to cool off after your practice! Available after morning yoga, and in the evening relax in our wood fired sauna amongst the sounds of nature.
Fresh cold-pressed juices
We believe that simplicity is key when fasting. Cold-pressed juices require no digestion, and in fact contain enzymes that will break down any blockages in the gut. We provide

Our rooms are nestled into the jungle on the hillside at the base of Khao Ra, the islands tallest mountain. Surrounded by greenery, nature sounds, walking distance to waterfall, and stunning sunset views. We are blessed with fresh spring water running all over, and the gentle mountain breeze to keep us cool and mosquitos away.
